All Vintage Leather Sydney products are made from full-grain leather the strongest and most natural part of the hide. Full-grain leather keeps the original grain, texture, and character of the hide, meaning every piece has its own unique markings and feel. Over time, with regular use, it slowly softens and darkens in certain areas a natural change called patina giving the leather a richer, more personal look.
How do I care for my leather bag or accessory?
Keep it dry where possible, wipe it gently with a soft cloth, and use a suitable leather conditioner every few months. Avoid harsh cleaners, soaking, or leaving it in direct sun for long periods. With simple care, your piece will last for many years and develop beautiful character along the way.
How long does shipping take, and is it free?
Standard shipping within Australia is free, and orders are processed within 1 business day. Australian standard delivery takes 3–7 business days, while express delivery takes 2–3 business days. International standard delivery takes 12–20 business days, and international express takes 8–12 days. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Can I return or exchange my purchase?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Exchanges are available if an item arrives defective or damaged simply email store@vintageleather.com.auto arrange one. Note that personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged due to their unique nature, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Is there a warranty on your products?
Yes. Vintage Leather Sydney offers a 365-day warranty on all full-price products, covering repair or replacement of goods, resupply or fixing of any issues, or compensation to the customer.
