How long does shipping take, and is it free?
Standard shipping within Australia is free, and orders are processed within 1 business day. Australian standard delivery takes 3–7 business days, while express delivery takes 2–3 business days. International standard delivery takes 12–20 business days, and international express takes 8–12 days. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Can I return or exchange my purchase?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Exchanges are available if an item arrives defective or damaged simply email store@vintageleather.com.auto arrange one. Note that personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged due to their unique nature, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Yes. Vintage Leather Sydney offers a 365-day warranty on all full-price products, covering repair or replacement of goods, resupply or fixing of any issues, or compensation to the customer. Sale items are covered under a 60-day standard warranty, which includes free repair, resupply, or fixing of the damaged part.
