ordering online i was unsure how the quality would be, but when it arrived I was over the moon. The packaging was great, the leather is hardy which is what i was after, plenty of space to keep my compendium, laptop, paperwork and extras. I as although disapointed that the letter embossing that was $25 more was not on the bag and in fact on a completely separate tag. this was not how the product is marketed and i would not have paid for this part.
