Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Exchanges are available if an item arrives defective or damaged simply email store@vintageleather.com.auto arrange one. Note that personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged due to their unique nature, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

The pouch is of good quality and the size is perfect. The slot for the papers was a little small but easily modified by cutting it to size. I was concerned that the tobacco would dry because there's no seal but it closes nice and snug so the tobacco stays like new. But excellent product, would definitely buy again =)
