How long does shipping take, and is it free?
Standard shipping within Australia is free, and orders are processed within 1 business day. Australian standard delivery takes 3–7 business days, while express delivery takes 2–3 business days. International standard delivery takes 12–20 business days, and international express takes 8–12 days. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Can I return or exchange my purchase?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Exchanges are available if an item arrives defective or damaged simply email store@vintageleather.com.auto arrange one. Note that personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged due to their unique nature, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Is there a warranty on your products?
Yes. Vintage Leather Sydney offers a 365-day warranty on all full-price products, covering repair or replacement of goods, resupply or fixing of any issues, or compensation to the customer. Sale items are covered under a 60-day standard warranty, which includes free repair, resupply, or fixing of the damaged part.

Excellent quality bag but it would be nice to have the option of conventional fasteners sown on instead of the magnetic domes - not sure how a full bag under load will go with the magnetic domes. It’s still a beautiful bag and I’m very happy with it.

Over this is an excellent bag. The size and shape is perfect for a weekend getaway. The leather is of excellent quality and workmanship is very good. The one weakness is the magnetic latches for the straps. While they do provide quick release, they are not as secure as I would like in a travel bag. I am not sure how it could be done but it would be nice to be able lock the magnetic latches in place.

The Shepard duffel is of excellent quality. I’m very impressed. The magnetic buckles will be tested in time to see how they maintain their ‘latching’ power. However I cannot complain about the quality of materials and the sewing. It appears to be a quality built bag and also looks great!
