How do I care for my leather bag or accessory?

How long does shipping take, and is it free?
Standard shipping within Australia is free, and orders are processed within 1 business day. Australian standard delivery takes 3–7 business days, while express delivery takes 2–3 business days. International standard delivery takes 12–20 business days, and international express takes 8–12 days. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Can I return or exchange my purchase?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Exchanges are available if an item arrives defective or damaged simply email store@vintageleather.com.auto arrange one. Note that personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged due to their unique nature, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Yes. Vintage Leather Sydney offers a 365-day warranty on all full-price products, covering repair or replacement of goods, resupply or fixing of any issues, or compensation to the customer. The dual zip is a novelty at first, then it becomes a little annoying - but then you finally get used to it. I know this was marked for 'men' but it's been super practical so far. It's my one and only bag that I bring to travel. I no longer have two separate bags for skincare and makeup. I am able to fit my makeup, brushes and skincare in this bag with ease (brushes popped out in photo for reference - but side pocket can fit 4-5 brushes comfortably). The inner pockets are really handy for the smaller items that you always seem to struggle to find in a traditional makeup bag. I was relatively surprised to see a little leather pocket inside - perfect to hold a lip balm or lipstick. On top of that, I custom ordered a black wash and the communication and delivery time was phenomenal. Will definitely be buying again.
