Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Note that personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged due to their unique nature, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Love my bag - the leather feels like quality and i'm looking forward to it softening up with regular use - Pockets inside are great - one large internal zip pocket, a couple of large holders for phone/purse etc also inside - outside is another large pocket (for slipping things in) and a zip closure large pocket on the other side. ****A suggestion - please make a note and photograph internal and external pockets of your products - I took a punt and am happy with what is on the Aria, but I would love to see more information on storage prior to purchasing.
