Standard shipping within Australia is free, and orders are processed within 1 business day. Australian standard delivery takes 3–7 business days, while express delivery takes 2–3 business days. International standard delivery takes 12–20 business days, and international express takes 8–12 days. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Can I return or exchange my purchase?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Exchanges are available if an item arrives defective or damaged simply email store@vintageleather.com.auto arrange one. Note that personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged due to their unique nature, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

What’s needed to carry all that suff you just cannot be without and you are going somewhere that requires a booking
I bought this satchel for those formal occasions where the canvas satchel from the camping store felt a little out of place. I knew what it had to carry. Most especially it had to carry my 18cm x 25cm tablet ( 11” in tech jargon ) securely in its own compartment. This bag has such a compartment just under the front flap. Very few other satchels or crossbodies I looked at are large enough to have such a compartment. The other compartments are good but could do with a little refinement. The zippered compartment on the outside back has a tendency to come open as the zip brushes against clothing, not ideal. The very traditional solution would be a fly sheet over the zip. The inside of the bag is composed of on large compartment a two tiny ones stitched to the inside front. Given my canvas satchel manages to divide its interior in two this seem a bit spartan. And of course the very nice front compartment under the front flap. The leather and fitting are robust and well made. The leather is definitely stronger than it needs to be for the job it’s doing. The bag is definitely getting a lot more use then I expected when I bought it.
