Standard shipping within Australia is free, and orders are processed within 1 business day. Australian standard delivery takes 3–7 business days, while express delivery takes 2–3 business days. Can I return or exchange my purchase?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Exchanges are available if an item arrives defective or damaged simply email store@vintageleather.com.auto arrange one. Note that personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged due to their unique nature, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
