How long does shipping take, and is it free?
Standard shipping within Australia is free, and orders are processed within 1 business day. Australian standard delivery takes 3–7 business days, while express delivery takes 2–3 business days. International standard delivery takes 12–20 business days, and international express takes 8–12 days. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Can I return or exchange my purchase?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Exchanges are available if an item arrives defective or damaged simply email store@vintageleather.com.auto arrange one. Note that personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged due to their unique nature, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Yes. Vintage Leather Sydney offers a 365-day warranty on all full-price products, covering repair or replacement of goods, resupply or fixing of any issues, or compensation to the customer. Sale items are covered under a 60-day standard warranty, which includes free repair, resupply, or fixing of the damaged part.

As a gift for my wife and I, 37th wedding anniversary, we purchased each other a set of leather goods. My wife loves the Sierra Tote bag and I love the Brooklyn briefcase. Vintage Leather was quick to respond to pre-purchase questions and very fast to ship. As we made the purchase after hours, the time of purchase to shipping was done the next day. Shipping time from Brisbane area to Townsville NQ was 4 days. So no complaints. My only request is that Vintage Leather offer a slightly larger version of the briefcase as I cant fit my 17" laptop in it and I'm limited to carrying only one book, whereas older styled briefcases I can fit two books in them. I did sent a special request to Vintage Leather asking about having one made to which I got not response. Such a shame, they are not open to requests or suggestions. Looks like I will be looking for a craftsman leather worker to make a custom one for me.

The bag is beautiful to look at, fits all the things in that need to fit in, and my husband loves it (it was a present for his 70th). The only thing I don't like is the smell - so strong and like the smell of something that has been through the flood . I'm sure it will lessen with age but it's not nice atm
